I hope that we are on the way to helping you achieve your goals by providing you the best possible mortgage advice. I have been in the industry since 1997. I have seen many things change (mostly for the better) over the last 9 years. Our industry is always looking to improve in as many ways possible. I think in addition to becoming more automated; we have become more compatible with the needs of our consumers. New loan programs emerge each day. From zero down, to interest only, to NO DOC loans, it can be quite a chore to keep up with the latest industry trends. I have made it my goal to learn something new related to the industry each week. I guess you could say I'm a Native. I have been blessed with a great family. My wife Laura and I have been married for almost 10 years. We have two children- Natalie 3 and Alexander 1 year old. My time, when I'm not working is usually best spent with them. They help me to remember what's important in life, and refresh my attitude from day to day. My wife Laura and I are avid Sun Devil fans. We both graduated from Arizona State University, and have been football season ticket holders for the past 11 years. In fact, something neither of us will ever forget is what happened on our wedding night. ASU beats Nebraska 19-0 on their way to an 11-0 season and Rose Bowl birth. That was 9/21/1996- see how easily I remembered the date! I also enjoy running, music, travel and movies.
